At SecureSurfX, your privacy is our absolute priority. The application does NOT transmit any user data to external IPs or third-party servers. All operations, including tunnel establishment and encryption keys, are stored entirely within the application locally on your device.
The only data we process is your authentication credentials strictly for verifying your subscription status. We do not track, log, or monitor your internet browsing activity, DNS queries, or bandwidth usage.
Google Compliance: SecureSurfX's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Your Google email and profile information are used EXCLUSIVELY for logging you into the app and linking your secure network subscription. We NEVER share, sell, or expose this data to external services.
A single subscribed account allows you to use the app across up to 3 of your Apple devices (macOS, iPad, iOS). However, only 1 device can be actively connected to the secure network at any given time.
Upon initial registration, a 2-hour free trial is granted exactly once per user and per device. Deleting your account and re-registering will not grant a new trial period.
You can permanently delete your account directly inside the app settings. Upon deletion, your authentication tokens are revoked instantly.
