By downloading, installing, and using SecureSurfX, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Our application provides an encrypted, local secure network designed for your personal privacy.
Upon creating an account, users are provided with a one-time 2-hour free trial. Once expired, the trial cannot be renewed. Attempting to bypass this limit via multiple accounts on the same device will result in immediate account restriction.
One subscribed account can be installed and used on up to 3 devices (macOS, iPad, iOS), but actively only 1 device can be connected at a time. Connecting a second device will automatically disconnect the first one.
SecureSurfX operates entirely as a local proxy. The application does not transfer any data to external IPs, and all processing is kept strictly within the application. We do not connect to any unauthorized external servers.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse our network or violate these terms by attempting to exploit the system infrastructure or the free trial mechanisms.
